- Each client is assigned two Account Managers responsible for all aspects of day-to-day sales and operations. While the Account Managers are the primary contacts, clients also regularly interact with various Random House departments and maintain an ongoing relationship with the RHPS management team.
- Additional available services include direct-to-consumer sales, print purchasing and production, online marketing, and display and catalog design and production.
