One of RHPS' key competitive advantages is our ability to provided clients unparrelled access to information and visibility into their business.

There are approximately two dozen standard reports delivered to our clients via email, through our ftp site, or on the RH Portal. Our RH Portal also allows clients to create a wide range of customized reports. We are totally committed to providing clients with all the information required, and provide extensive training on the use of our systems.

The RH Portal and Data Warehouse are incredibly powerful tools that allow clients to look into the RH SAP system and create any number of customized reports. The RH Portal & Data Warehouse provides our distribution clients with access to:

• Title inventory
• Sales (estimates, actual billings and in some cases cash register receipts)
• Title info
• Day-to-day reporting
• POS data

RHPS is also responsible for sending clients' bibliographic data feeds to all of our business to business partners.
